Tungsten blocks perform exceptionally well in high-temperature applications due to their high-temperature resistance with a melting point as high as approximately 3422°C. It is the filament material of traditional incandescent lamps and halogen lamps, and also an indispensable electrode in TIG welding. In the aerospace field, key parts that are exposed to extreme temperatures, such as rocket engine nozzles and high-temperature furnace components, are all made of tungsten or tungsten alloys. Meanwhile, due to its high melting point and low vapor pressure, it also plays a significant role in the manufacturing of electrodes and heating elements for vacuum furnaces and electronic devices, as well as sputtering targets and diffusion barrier layers for semiconductor components.

Based on the high-density characteristic of 19.3g/cm3, tungsten blocks have become an ideal choice in many fields. In terms of counterweight, in scenarios such as aircraft, racing cars, and ships that require precise counterweight, it becomes the preferred choice due to its density close to that of gold and lower cost. In the military field, it is used to make the core of armor-piercing bullets to enhance their penetration power. In medical radiotherapy equipment, the nuclear industry, and high-pressure physics experiments in scientific research, tungsten blocks can not only serve as radiation shielding materials but also act as experimental chopping boards in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. Compared with traditional lead materials, they are more environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

In addition, tungsten blocks are also widely used in the manufacturing of hard alloys and tools, medical research, sports equipment and other fields. It is the main component of tungsten carbide hard alloy and is used to manufacture cutting tools such as drill bits and milling cutters, as well as wear-resistant parts such as mining machinery and bearings. Tungsten blocks can be found in collimators and shielding devices for radiotherapy in medical equipment, counterweights for golf clubs, fishing pendants and other sports equipment, as well as in the manufacturing of nuclear reactor components and nuclear fuel containers. With the development of technology, its application in new energy fields such as fusion reactors and 3D printing is also constantly expanding.

Mosten Alloy can produce tungsten sheet, tungsten block, tungsten foil, tungsten rod, tungsten wire, tungsten processing workpiece according to customer demand.
