A robot radiotherapy system
In the existing technology, the S-band accelerator tube is used as the electronic accelerator. The accelerator tube, annular device, transmission waveguide and other devices are large in volume. Due to the large volume of the accelerator tube, the external lead shielding cover is large in volume and weight. The existing technology basically adopts C-arm and rotating structure, combined with multi-axis motion treatment bed. The positioning process of patients before radiotherapy is difficult, and the treatment effect is affected by the positioning problem. In the existing technology, X-ray is emitted from the accelerator tube target, and after collimating, leveling and adjusting the emission field through the internal device of the accelerator, it passes through the equipment shell and spreads a certain distance in the air before reaching the patient's body surface. The utilization rate of radiation energy is low, because the radiation dose rate is inversely proportional to the square of the distance.
The electron accelerator module includes inflatable curved waveguide, mounting backplane, annular device, curved waveguide, gun filament power supply, titanium pump power supply, tungsten shield tube, accelerator tube, electron gun pulse transformer, magnetron fixed seat, matching resistance assembly and magnetron. The electron accelerator module is connected to the robot module by an adapter flange mounted on its mounting backplane. The x-band accelerator tube is used as the electronic accelerator. The accelerator tube, annular device, transmission waveguide and other devices are small in size. Due to the small size of the accelerator tube, the tungsten shield body is used externally, which is small in size and light in weight.

Tungsten shielding products have irreplaceable radiation protection function. Tungsten shield is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. Has gradually replaced lead in shielding.
