The purpose of the molybdenum
Molybdenum has high melting point, good strength at high temperature, low pollution, good machining performance, good thermal conductivity and good mechanical properties at high temperature. Therefore, it is used in all kinds of high temperature components just like tungsten. It includes molybdenum crucible, molybdenum core rod, molybdenum ring and molybdenum tube.

Molybdenum ring is used in amorphous strip production, high temperature furnace flange and other fields. When molybdenum ring is used in the field of quartz continuous melting, as the link flange between tungsten tube and furnace body, it has higher requirements on the strength of molybdenum ring.
Molybdenum core rod undertakes the task of forming quartz products, which needs to bear the weight of the whole molding machine while enduring the high temperature of 2000℃.
Spinning molybdenum crucible, density 10.15g/cm3 above, we have completely solved the most core deformation resistance problem of molybdenum crucible, to ensure that the customer's crystal does not deformation and polycrystalline or even cracking.
For pure sintered products, high temperature strength and metal processing properties are much lower than those after forging and rolling processes. Through forging or rolling, molybdenum ring molybdenum core rod molybdenum crucible and other products have the characteristics of high strength at high temperature.
