What is tungsten and copper?
Tungsten-copper alloy has a wide range of applications, mainly used in the manufacture of high voltage electrical switch contacts and rocket nozzle throat lining, tail rudder and other high temperature components, as well as electrical processing electrodes, high temperature molds and other occasions requiring conductive and thermal conductivity and high temperature use. Tungsten and copper powder is made of fine tungsten and copper powder by first-class immersion sintering process, which can withstand nearly 2000 degrees of high temperature and high stress, has high melting point, high hardness, high burning loss and good adhesion resistance, high surface finish, high precision and low loss. Tungsten and copper are widely used as contacts and protective rings for high voltage, superhydraulic switches and circuit breakers, for raw anvil materials for electric heat piers, automatic submerged arc welding conductors, plasma cutting machine nozzles, welding machines, butt welding heads, roll welding wheels, sealing gas sockets and spot spark electrodes, spot welding materials, etc.
