Molybdenum-rhenium alloy rods have important applications in aeroengine and spacecraft manufacturing. There are many molybdenum-rhenium alloy components, the most common is Mo52.5Re47.5. Molybdenum-rhenium alloy rod is mainly due to its excellent high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and high strength characteristics. These properties make molybdenum-rhenium alloys ideal for some extreme operating environments, especially applications involving high temperature, high pressure, strong radiation and other harsh conditions.

1. Application of aeroengine
In the design of jet engines and rocket engines, components such as nozzles and combustion chambers need to withstand extremely high temperatures and airflow pressures. The high temperature resistance of molybdenum-rhenium alloy wire makes it an ideal material for these components, especially in high-power engines. Molybdenum-rhenium alloy plates have a high melting point and are able to maintain their structural stability at temperatures in excess of 3000°C, so they are used in the manufacture of engine nozzles and combustion chamber linings. 2. Applications in spacecraft

The spacecraft is exposed to extreme temperature difference, intense radiation and high temperature conditions in the working environment outside the atmosphere, and the molybdenum rhenium alloy can effectively resist these harsh environments.
