Molybdenum is a kind of high temperature resistant material, but the surface of molybdenum is easy to form oxide film. The oxide film can not play any protective effect on molybdenum, so it is easy to produce strong oxidation of molybdenum material under high temperature environment. In order to improve the heat resistance and electrical conductivity of the surface of the molybdenum sheet, it is necessary to coat the molybdenum sheet. Molybdenum sheets used in the field of electronic materials are usually coated with ruthenium on their surface to improve the electrical conductivity, heat resistance, brazing performance of molybdenum sheet materials, and reduce or prevent the oxidation of materials. The existing molybdenum plate ruthenium plating process usually requires multilayer electroless ruthenium plating or diffusion after electroplating.

After the composite plating is completed, the coating is evaluated by the following methods:

Molybdenum sheet in hydrogen, heated to 850℃ insulation for 10 minutes, natural cooling, ruthenium coating without foaming or peeling phenomenon; Then 3M tape is used to test the bonding force of the coating, that is, a number of 10mm square squares are drawn on the surface of the molybdenum sheet with diamond pen, and there is no peeling phenomenon after 3M tape bond and tear, indicating that the coating adhesion is good (the ruthenium coating of the prior art is evaluated by the above method, and there is foaming, peeling or peeling phenomenon).

Our company can produce and process molybdenum sheet, molybdenum foil, molybdenum wire, molybdenum rod and molybdenum processing workpiece according to the requirements.
