TZM alloy (Titanium Zirconium Molybdenum alloy) has the characteristics of high melting point, high strength, high elastic modulus, low linear expansion coefficient, low vapor pressure, good electrical and thermal conductivity, strong corrosion resistance and good high temperature mechanical properties. Its good mechanical properties under high temperature and pressure make it widely used in military industry, such as the valve body of torpedo engine, rocket nozzle, gas pipeline, nozzle throat liner. Tungsten-rhenium alloy has a series of excellent properties, such as high melting point, high strength, high hardness, high plasticity, high recrystallization temperature, high resistivity, low vapor pressure, low electron escape work and low plastic brittle transition temperature. It is particularly important that tungsten-rhenium alloy has excellent high temperature mechanical properties, making it an ultra-high temperature structural material used at 2000℃. The effective connection of TZM alloy and WRe alloy is the key to expand the application of superalloy in aerospace field.
