Molybdenum rod
Pure molybdenum rod is a common molybdenum processing material, with high melting point, high strength and elastic modulus, small expansion coefficient, low vapor pressure, good electrical and thermal conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance, is one of the metal materials with the highest temperature. Widely used in heat-resistant structural parts, electronic components, lamp anode, various electrodes, glass industry parts, electrodes and so on.
After the deformation of single fire and large processing rate, and the successive cooling deformation of precise temperature control, the grain inside the metal is fully broken, forming a significant fibrous longitudinal processing structure. After stress relief annealing, the bar has good mechanical properties, tensile strength is greater than 630MPa, and the elongation is greater than 20%.
