Ultra-thin high flatness molybdenum sheet

Molybdenum sheet such as molybdenum disc production methods, usually rolling method and powder metallurgy method. However, the thin molybdenum sheet is more commonly produced by rolling method, that is, the molybdenum plate produced by the powder and non-metallurgical method is processed by heating and rolling to close to the required thickness, and then punched into the mold, and then ground and ground to the required thickness. This method uses rolling and grinding to produce molybdenum sheet, the yield is generally low, usually only about 40-45% of the yield, and the thinner the thickness of the molybdenum sheet, the lower the yield, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of high flatness. Therefore, through rolling and grinding processing production of ultra-thin such as the thickness of less than 0.3mm molybdenum sheet, and the flatness requirements are extremely high (such as 30×60×0.24mmCT machine with ultra-thin molybdenum sheet, laser flatness meter 9 point detection, surface flatness error is less than 10μm) ultra-thin molybdenum sheet, not only difficult to meet the requirements, and the yield is extremely low, the production cost is great. Simply using rolling processing (hot rolling + cold rolling), although ultra-thin molybdenum sheets such as molybdenum strip can be processed, due to the physical properties of molybdenum materials, rolled ultra-thin molybdenum sheets are still difficult to meet the requirements of high flatness.

The combination of hot rolling thinning, warm rolling further thinning, annealing, cold rolling, stamping, lamination compaction annealing provides a simple and effective new processing method for industrial mass production of ultra-thin and high flatness molybdenum sheet.
