Molybdenum because of its high melting point, high density, high temperature strength and high hardness characteristics and is widely used in metallurgy, electronics, electric light source, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry and aerospace and other sectors of the national economy. However, as molybdenum is a deformable metal, its production process is highly technical and the "heritability" between processes is also very strong. As long as there is a problem in one process in the production process, the whole production line will collapse, resulting in irreparable losses. Molybdenum slab is the foundation, its quality directly affects the yield and mechanical properties of molybdenum foil molybdenum sheet.

The processing process of wide-width molybdenum sheet includes the following manufacturing steps: pressing billet, inspection, sintering, inspection and cross rolling. Cross rolling includes hot rolling, cold rolling and cold rolling of finished products. The vacuum resistance high temperature sintering furnace was used for sintering, and the molybdenum billet was first heated for 80 ~ 90min to 680 ~ 720℃ and then kept for 85 ~ 95min, and then heated for 70 ~ 80min to 1100 ~ 1200℃ and then kept for 85 ~ 95min. After 110-130min heating to 1225 ~ 1275℃, it is kept at 80 ~ 100℃; after 510 ~ 520min heating to 1890 ~ 1910℃, it is kept at 7 ~ 8h; after power off again, it stops heating for 7 ~ 8h, the protective gas of vacuum resistance high temperature sintering furnace is stopped. Finally, the molybdenum billet was taken out after 110 ~ 130min.

Our company can according to customer demand production and processing molybdenum foil, molybdenum plate, molybdenum foil, molybdenum rod, molybdenum crucible, molybdenum processing workpiece.
