Then the molybdenum wire is wound on the wire roller by the motor rotation; At the same time, the roller will move along its own axis (lead screw nut pair), so that the molybdenum wire can be wound on the roller cylinder without overlapping. After winding the wire, fix the other end of the molybdenum wire to the other end of the wire roller cylinder with screws to prepare for tightening the wire. In the tightening process, the operator will hold the tightening wheel to tighten the molybdenum wire, and cooperate with the motor reversal and the reverse movement of the wire rolling cylinder along the axis, so that the molybdenum wire will be tightly wound on the wire rolling cylinder.
The setting of the damping device can provide a smooth damping force, so it can make the tension of the wire smooth, not too tight or too loose; In addition, the device can avoid the phenomenon of wire folding or breaking due to manual operation of the winding dithering. In addition, the steps of winding and tightening can be completed at one time, without the need for winding and then tightening.
