Molybdenum foil surface treatment
Molybdenum strip has been widely used in aerospace and electronic packaging because of its high temperature strength, electrical conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion.
Molybdenum foil is a kind of metal with strong inert surface, so it is difficult to compound with other metals, so that the application of molybdenum foil has caused a certain degree of limitation.
Nanoporous metals have many unique physical, chemical and mechanical properties, such as high strength, high chemical activity and electromagnetic properties, because of their nanoporous pore size and large specific surface area. They have a wide range of application prospects and have been used in catalysis, gas sensing, energy and other fields.
From the above properties of nanoporous metals, the surface activity of molybdenum can be improved by preparing nanoporous metal layers on the surface of molybdenum strip. At present, the main methods for preparing nanoporous metals include dealloying method, template method, oblique incidence deposition method and metal powder sintering method, etc., but these preparation processes are complicated and the preparation period is long. Therefore, it is very important to find a simple and easy method to prepare nano-porous metal layer on the surface of molybdenum foil with short preparation period, so as to improve the surface activity of molybdenum foil.
Firstly, the nanoporous metal oxide layer was prepared on the surface of molybdenum foil by anodic oxidation method, and then the treatment method of nanoporous metal molybdenum foil was obtained by hydrogen reduction heat treatment. It can improve the surface activity of molybdenum foil, simplify the operation steps and shorten the process cycle.
