The structure of short-range molybdenum foil-sealed pulsed xenon lamp is that a molybdenum foil-sealed cylinder is fused at each end of a xenon-filled tube. The inner end of the molybdenum strip cylinder is welded with an electrode, the middle part is embedded with an inflatable quartz bubble, and the outer end is welded with a lead joint. The lead joint is a solid cylinder with three different diameters, the thick section is welded in the molybdenum strip cylinder, the middle section is longer, and the fuse is sealed in the tube. The thin section is used to connect with the external wire, and the length of one side of the sealing area is not more than 3.6 times of the outside diameter of the quartz bubble. The thin section of the lead joint is shorter, and the side of the column of the thin section is coated with a nickel sheet, whose end is in the shape of a pointed cone. Pulse xenon lamp is not only short sealing area, high pressure inside the lamp, good sealing performance, but also to have an ideal lamp position, can reliably lead to the external wire.

The softening temperature of quartz and molybdenum is above 1500℃, that is to say, it will not be softened and deformed at 1000℃. The sealing zone made up of these two materials will maintain its normal shape and seal well at its own temperature of 1000℃, thus ensuring the normal operation of xenon lamps. Our company can produce molybdenum foil according to customer demand.
