Molybdenum electrode
Molybdenum electrode is a material mainly composed of transition metal molybdenum, with a content of more than 99.95%. The electrode has physical and chemical properties extremely similar to that of pure molybdenum. Its diameter ranges from 20mm to 152.4mm and its length reaches 1500mm. It is worth saying, whether in shape or in use, molybdenum electrode and tungsten electrode have a big difference.
From the perspective of physical and chemical properties, molybdenum electrode is usually silver-gray solid with metallic luster, with high specific gravity (10.23g/cm³, about half of tungsten), high melting point (2622℃), high hardness, high heat conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and chemical stability.
According to the different shape, molybdenum electrode can be divided into electrode rod, electrode plate, electrode rod and thread electrode, etc., their uses are slightly different, such as electrode rod is mainly used in fused glass kiln, electrode plate is mainly used in a variety of glass fiber kiln and liquid flow hole panel heating equipment.
Our company can process and customize molybdenum electrode, tungsten-rhenium thermocouple, tungsten plate, tungsten rod, tungsten wire, tungsten hot zone, molybdenum plate, molybdenum rod, molybdenum foil, molybdenum wire, molybdenum hot zone, molybdenum thermocouple.
