High vacuum molybdenum belt furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, vacuum system, water cooling system and electrical control system.

1. The furnace door is welded by the double-layer head and flange. The double-layer wall structure is adopted, and there is circulating cooling water in the inner and outer head (provided by the water source party). The inner head of the furnace door is made of stainless steel plate.
The furnace body is made of stainless steel plate from the inner and outer tubes; The furnace body is provided with an electrode extraction device, an inlet and outlet gas interface, a thermocouple temperature measuring device and an observation hole; The furnace door and the furnace body are connected through the lifting shaft hinge, and the opening mode of the furnace door is side door; The furnace door is provided with a release and compression device.
2. The furnace is made of all metal materials, the structure is circular heat insulation screen, is divided into multiple layers, from the inside to the outside, the use of molybdenum sheet material, and 304 stainless steel plate material.
3. The heater is also a circular structure, installed on the circumference of the circular heat insulation screen, so that it forms a whole; The heater is wound with molybdenum wire, easy to disassemble and maintain. The insulation material of the heater is made of high purity alumina ceramic. The bearing rack is made of molybdenum material.
4. Vacuum system
The vacuum system consists of diffusion pump + direct link pump, manual flapper valve, vacuum pipe and vacuum resistance silicon.
5. Air cooling system
The inflation device (excluding gas drying, gas filtration and tail gas treatment system) is mainly composed of an air charging valve, a floating ball flowmeter, an inflation pipe and an exhaust valve, etc., which is used for the atmosphere requirements of argon and nitrogen filling required by the process. The rated inflation pressure is less than 0.05MPa (micro positive pressure and gauge pressure), and can accelerate the cooling through the atmosphere circulation.
6. Water cooling system
The water cooling system consists of the main inlet pipe, the main outlet pipe, the multi-channel inlet pipe, the multi-channel outlet pipe, the valve and the pressure gauge.
The cooling water enters the furnace shell, furnace door, electrode and other places that need to be cooled by the main inlet water pipe through the branch inlet water pipe, and then gathers to the main outlet water pipe through the branch outlet water pipe.
The main inlet pipe is equipped with an electric contact pressure gauge, when the total inlet pressure is lower than the set value, the control system will have sound and light alarm and can automatically cut off the heater power supply. Each inlet pipe is equipped with a valve, which can adjust the flow of single cooling water (provided by the water supplier).
7. Electrical parts
The power control of electric furnace adopts SCR power controller + large current transformer, SCR power controller adopts phase-shift triggering mode to realize stepless voltage regulation, so as to achieve automatic power control.
