What kinds of molybdenum alloy are there?
Molybdenum alloy can be divided into the following categories according to alloy metal elements:
1. Binary system molybdenum alloy: mainly tungsten molybdenum alloy (W-Mo), molybdenum copper alloy (Mo-Cu), molybdenum zirconium alloy (Mo-Zr), molybdenum titanium alloy (Mo-Ti), molybdenum lanthanum alloy (Mo-La), molybdenum yttrium alloy (MoY), molybdenum rhenium alloy (Mo-Re), chromium molybdenum alloy (Mo-Cr) and so on.
2. Multicomponent molybdenum alloy:
Mo-Ti-Zr-C series: The main brands are TZC and TZM.
Mo-Hf-Zr-O series: Mainly ZHM, ZHM4, ZHM6, ZHM7, ZHM8 and so on.
Mo-W-Hf-C series and Mo-W-Hf-Zr-C series: mainly M25WH1, M25WH2, HWM25, M25WZH1.
3. Doped molybdenum alloy: it is to add a certain amount of potassium, silicon, aluminum elements in pure molybdenum, can make the recrystallization temperature of molybdenum is greatly improved, even after recrystallization still has a good plasticity.
According to the strengthening types, molybdenum alloys can be divided into the following categories: alloy element solid solution strengthening type alloy, dispersion strengthening type alloy, doping strengthening type alloy and comprehensive strengthening type alloy.
