Molybdenum is a naturally ductile metal with strong corrosion resistance. After tantalum and tungsten, molybdenum is known to have the highest melting point of any pure element.Molybdenum crucible is widely used in heat exchanger (HEM) process. They are suitable for melting and curing single crystals. Ideal molybdenum crucible has thin wall and excellent creep resistance.
