Tungsten copper alloy
Tungsten-copper alloy is an alloy consisting of tungsten and copper. The copper content of commonly used alloys ranges from 10% to 50%. The alloy is prepared by powder metallurgy, with good electric and thermal conductivity, good high temperature strength and certain plasticity. At very high temperatures, such as above 3000℃, the copper in the alloy is liquefied and vaporized, absorbing a large amount of heat and reducing the surface temperature of the material. So this kind of material is also called metal sweating material.
Because tungsten and copper are insoluble, tungsten and copper alloy has the low expansibility, wear resistance, corrosion resistance of tungsten and high electrical and thermal conductivity of copper, and is suitable for all kinds of machining. Tungsten-copper alloy can be produced and sized according to user requirements. Tungsten and copper alloys generally use the process of powder metallurgy: first powder making - mixing - pressing - sintering solution.
Tungsten copper electrode
Welding electrodes
Tungsten-copper alloy has high temperature resistance, arc ablation resistance, high specific gravity and high electrical and thermal conductivity and is easy to be machined for use in welding electrodes.
Tungsten copper alloy rod
Tungsten copper is a composite material refined by hydrostatic molding, high temperature sintering and copper dissolution, using the excellent metal properties of high purity tungsten powder and the advantages of high purity copper powder plasticity and high conductivity. Good arc breaking performance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion, high temperature does not soften, high strength, high density, high hardness.
Tungsten-copper electronic package
Tungsten-copper electronic packaging material: it has both low expansion characteristics of tungsten and high thermal conductivity characteristics of copper, and its thermal expansion coefficient and electrical conductivity can be changed by adjusting the composition of the material, so as to provide convenience for the use of materials.
Tungsten copper tube
Tungsten copper alloy tube is widely used in cemented carbide and insoluble metal. Because the tungsten copper alloy is easy to be machined, the application of tungsten copper tube plays a great role in the case that the surface needs to be easy to machined and the inner diameter is small.
