Two methods of measuring 34 strands of molybdenum wire
Molybdenum wire is mainly refers to the cutting process, the continuous motion of workpiece by cutting with high pressure electric field in a composed of molybdenum and other precious metals manufacturing consumables, continuous motion when the wedm machining of fine wire is called the wire electrode (also called electrode), it can be to pulsed spark discharge artifact removal in, cut metal forming. Molybdenum wire has many other uses.
The factory's detection of molybdenum wire includes the following indicators: diameter, ellipticity, mechanical strength and so on. For the most important index - molybdenum wire diameter.
The caliper is measured by CCD imaging method. A point light source is built into the transmitting lens, and the light emitted by the point light source passes through the lens system (namely the lens group) to form a collimating parallel light field of view. The collimating parallel light is directly directed to the receiving lens, which is focused through the lens system in the receiving lens, and is imaged on the CCD chip after passing through the aperture at the focal position. When the object is passed in the field of view, the part obscured by the object will appear a well-defined shadow on the CCD. CCD chip is a photoelectric conversion element in the measuring head, which can convert the received optical signal into electrical signal. The signal is received and amplified by the signal acquisition circuit, and then transmitted to the digital machine.
One: multi-probe measurement at the same time
Multi-probe measurement at the same time adopts the method of placing one group of probe at the position of each molybdenum wire for measurement. The whole equipment is mainly composed of control cabinet, bracket, 34 groups of probe (one transmitting lens and one receiving lens constitute one group of probe), etc.
In this scheme, 34 sets of probe are installed at the corresponding position of molybdenum wire, and the measurement data are displayed on the digital tube display screen in the control cabinet. In addition, an alarm lamp bead can be set on the edge of each digital tube display screen. When the diameter of a molybdenum wire is out of tolerance, the corresponding lamp bead will light up to alarm.
The scheme is characterized by simultaneous measurement and display of 34 strands of molybdenum wire, high measurement efficiency and stable performance.
Two groups of probe scanning measurement
The method of scanning and measuring the two groups of probe is to install the two groups of probe on the C-shaped frame, and drive the ball screw to move the C-shaped frame to scan and measure the molybdenum wire by stepping motor. When the probe reaches the position of the molybdenum wire, the C-shaped frame has a pause of 1 second, so that the probe can accurately measure the molybdenum wire.
The diameter data collected by the probe is transmitted to the industrial computer in the control cabinet for processing and calculation. When the diameter of the molybdenum wire is out of tolerance, the alarm will give sound and light alarm. The feature of this scheme is that the number of probes is too small to measure 34 strands of molybdenum wire simultaneously, but the cost is slightly lower.
The caliper used in automatic detection of outer diameter size of molybdenum wire can effectively improve the quality and measure the diameter of 34 strands of molybdenum wire at the same time, which brings great convenience for quality control of molybdenum wire production and greater competitiveness for enterprises.
