When the length and width of hot-rolled molybdenum plate need to be measured at the same time, what method can be used to carry out at the same time?
Light and infrared radiation heat from molybdenum sheet itself are used for measurement. When measuring, adjust the length direction of the industrial camera to be parallel to the length direction of the molybdenum plate, when the molybdenum sheet is in the field of vision of the camera. The measuring software can select the boundary of length and width of molybdenum plate by gray value, and measure the maximum length, minimum length, maximum width and minimum width of molybdenum plate according to the position of the boundary.
Due to the bending and jumping phenomenon of molybdenum plate in the process of rolling and conveying, the industrial camera has the characteristic of "near larger than far smaller" when taking images, and the distance between molybdenum plate and camera cannot be determined by analyzing a single image.
Therefore, the accurate measurement of molybdenum plate cannot be achieved with one industrial camera. In order to achieve accurate measurement, this scheme adopts the method of setting up pairs of industrial cameras for stereoscopic measurement of molybdenum plate.
The molybdenum plate was measured simultaneously by two cameras from different angles. The two cameras, like the eyes of the human eye, can produce stereoscopic vision, so that enough information can be obtained to determine the distance of the object being measured, and to correct and eliminate the influence of distance changes on the measurement.
