The double path caliper can measure the diameter and ovality of molybdenum wire in the range of 0.1~10mm, and the measurement accuracy has reached 0.003mm.
The double path caliper is built with two groups of photoelectric probes arranged vertically to each other, which can measure the diameter size of the measured object in two directions. The control box has built-in electronic circuit system with display, calculation, control and alarm functions, and the top of the control box is equipped with alarm lamp, when the measurement data is out of tolerance, the lamp lamp light alarm. If the site needs to view real-time data, the control box can also be placed in the caliper, the caliper with a display screen.
The double path caliper is applied in online outer diameter measurement of molybdenum wire, realizing measurement, monitoring and alarm, automatic control, digital display and other functions. In addition to the outer diameter measurement of molybdenum wire, can also be used for wire and cable, copper wire, copper wire, aluminum wire and other outer diameter and ellipticity measurement.
