Molybdenum electrode
Molybdenum electrode has high high temperature strength, high temperature oxidation resistance and long service life. Based on these advantages, it is usually used in daily glass, optical glass, thermal insulation materials, glass fiber, rare earth industry and other fields.
The main component of molybdenum electrode is molybdenum, which is prepared by powder metallurgy process. The international standard molybdenum electrode has 99.95% composition and a density greater than 10.15g/cm3 to ensure the quality of glass and the service life of the electrode.Common molybdenum electrodes range in size from 20mm to 152.4mm in diameter and can be up to 1500mm in length.
Using molybdenum electrode to replace the original heavy oil and gas energy can effectively reduce the pollution to the environment and improve the quality of glass.
Molybdenum electrode is widely used in daily glass, optical glass, thermal insulation material, glass fiber, rare earth industry and other fields because of its advantages of high temperature strength, high temperature oxidation resistance, long service life, corrosion resistance and not easy to make glass coloring. The electrode diameter is 10~100mm and the length is 150~1500mm
