Molybdenum crucible is made of Mo-1 molybdenum powder, and the working temperature is 1100℃~1700℃. It is mainly used in metallurgical industry, rare earth industry, monocrystalline silicon, solar energy, artificial crystal and mechanical processing industries.

Molybdenum crucible types: machine add crucible, sintering crucible, spinning crucible, stamping crucible, etc.

Spinning is used for forming thin-wall hollow rotary parts of a pressure processing forming method, it is through the wheel or rod and other industrial feed movement, pressurized with the core die along the same axis of the metal blank, so that it produces continuous local plastic deformation and become the required hollow. The spinning molybdenum crucible is a thin wall crucible which is formed by spinning process with a molybdenum plate. This process can realize the production of large size thin wall crucible.

Because the melting point of molybdenum is as high as 2610℃, molybdenum crucible is widely used in the core container of sapphire single crystal growth furnace, quartz glass melting furnace, rare earth smelting furnace and other industrial furnaces, and its working temperature environment is generally above 2000℃. Especially for the single crystal growth furnace of sapphire, the molybdenum crucible with high purity, high density, no internal crack, precise size, smooth inner and outer wall plays a key role in the success rate of seed crystal, the quality control of drawing crystal, the decrystallization stick pot and the service life of sapphire crystal growth.
