Lanthanum molybdenum (Mo-La) alloy and TZM molybdenum alloy
The high-temperature properties and microstructure of lanthanum molybdenum alloy and TZM alloy at 1000~1800℃ were studied. The results show that when the temperature is less than 1400℃, the alloy has high strength and plastic comprehensive properties. When the temperature is greater than 1400℃, the tensile strength of the alloy decreases, and the plasticity of the alloy also decreases. With the increase of test temperature, the tensile strength of TZM alloy decreases, but the ductility of TZM molybdenum alloy increases, which is exactly the opposite of lanthanum molybdenum alloy. At the same time, both strength and plasticity, TZM alloy compared with the same temperature molybdenum lanthanum alloy. The microstructure observation shows that the recrystallization of the two molybdenum alloys begins at 1100℃ and continues to 1550℃, and the recrystallized grains are elongated, which is different from the equiaxed grains in the pure molybdenum recrystallized state.
